Correcting, disputing, and removing your listing

Your listing pulls from public business information, and your score is calculated automatically from your public Google reviews using a single, consistent rubric we apply to every agency in the directory. Listing here costs nothing, and no payment affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to request changes to the information we display about your business. Fixing factual details

If a factual detail on your listing is wrong or out of date (name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, services), tell us what should change and include a way to verify it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Corrections are checked against the source and applied to the site, and they survive future data refreshes.

Challenging your score

Scores are never manually adjusted. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is typically one of these: your listing is linked to the wrong business, some reviews are assigned to you incorrectly, or a summary of what reviewers wrote is inaccurate. When you file a dispute, we re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the inputs are mistaken.

Asking for removal

We remove listings for three reasons: the business has closed permanently, the listing is a duplicate, or the business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle automatically detects and removes most closed agencies. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline your removal request, and we will state the reason clearly.

How quickly we respond
